Please read this agreement carefully before purchasing or participating in the GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY Mini Mastery Course (the “Course”).

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.

1. Nature and Purpose of the Course

GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY Mini Mastery Course is an educational and personal development program designed to help participants explore learned behaviors, emotional responses, personal beliefs, identity, and patterns that may influence their decisions and actions.

She is not acting as a physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, licensed professional counselor, licensed clinical social worker, licensed marriage and family therapist, dietitian, medical provider, or any other licensed healthcare or mental health professional.

7. Presale Purchase and Course Delivery

If you purchase the Course during a presale period, you acknowledge that the Course may not be immediately available at the time of purchase.

The GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY Mini Mastery Course is scheduled to launch the week following the presale period.

Course access instructions will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout when the Course becomes available.

Because this is a digital educational product sold in advance of launch, certain Course components may still be undergoing final preparation, formatting, uploading, or organization at the time of presale purchase.

LM Executive Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to make reasonable changes to lesson order, formatting, delivery method, platform, supporting materials, or other nonmaterial Course details prior to or following launch.

Your purchase includes access only to the Course materials specifically described at the time of purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you voluntarily assume responsibility for your participation in the Course and release LM Executive Enterprises, LLC, Lisa Matthews (Brighton), and their respective owners, members, employees, independent contractors, affiliates, representatives, and agents from claims for personal injury, emotional distress, financial loss, or other harm arising from your voluntary participation in the Course, including claims arising from ordinary negligence in providing the Course or its educational activities.

This release is intended to apply only to claims that applicable law permits to be released in advance.

If any portion of this liability provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining enforceable provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Third-Party Platforms and Technology

The Course may be delivered or supported using third-party platforms and technology providers, including payment processors, email providers, video hosting services, course platforms, cloud storage providers, website services, or other digital service providers.

LM Executive Enterprises, LLC does not control the operation, availability, security, or uninterrupted functioning of third-party services.

Temporary technical interruptions, outages, software changes, or platform issues do not constitute a breach of this agreement provided reasonable efforts are made to restore access when appropriate.

Payment transactions are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe where applicable.

LM Executive Enterprises, LLC does not directly store your complete payment card information.

13. Eligibility

The Course is intended for adults age 18 or older.

By purchasing the Course, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

14. Privacy and Personal Information

Information collected in connection with your purchase may include your name, email address, billing information, payment-related information, and other information voluntarily provided by you.

15. Marketing Communications

If you separately consent to receive promotional emails or join the LM Executive Enterprises, LLC email list, you may receive educational content, announcements, promotions, and information regarding future products or services.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in those messages.

Transactional communications related to your purchase, Course access, refunds, account activity, or customer service may still be sent when necessary.

16. Changes to the Course

LM Executive Enterprises, LLC may periodically update, improve, revise, or reorganize Course materials.

Reasonable modifications may be made to improve clarity, accuracy, delivery, usability, or educational value.

Such changes do not entitle a purchaser to compensation or damages.

Your stated refund rights remain available according to the refund policy above.

17. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this agreement eliminates or limits any mandatory legal protections that apply to you.

18. Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where possible.

The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the agreement between you and LM Executive Enterprises, LLC regarding the purchase and participation in the GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY Mini Mastery Course, except for any additional terms expressly presented to you at checkout.

Any failure by LM Executive Enterprises, LLC to enforce a provision of this agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

20. Electronic Acceptance

By selecting the required agreement checkbox during checkout and completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
